Having built up a strong customer base over the years with its squalene products, SeaDragon was in the perfect position to refresh their brand and launch into the global market with a clear communications strategy.

SeaDragon engaged us to transform an existing logo into a full brand style for the company, integrating themes and imagery to reflect the company’s core values of purity and sustainability. The branding reflects SeaDragon’s commitment to sustainability and safe, quality manufacturing.


With a strong new brand style in place, SeaDragon engaged Big Fish to develop a communications strategy, helping to tell the company's story, and share its vision and its values.

As well as distilling the company’s vision, values and story, the communications strategy was also important as SeaDragon looked to expand its product range into sustainably sourced New Zealand fish species. Communications extends across a range of markets, including existing business customers, investors, the New Zealand fishing industry, government bodies, the general public, and potential customers in both New Zealand and other markets.


Big Fish has worked with SeaDragon to design a wide range of marketing collateral, supporting both the sales and investor arms of the company.

Following the development of the SeaDragon brand, Big Fish has developed an array of material for the company, including annual reports, presentations and newsletters for investors, sales and trade show collateral and presentations for a wide range of audiences, from investors and staff to potential customers and board members.

All design work carries the strong visual elements created by Big Fish in the development of the SeaDragon brand, with the investor material adopting its own theme to distinguish it from sales collateral.
